This circa 1930's carved wooden bottle stopper features a Depression-era hobo with a movable wine bottle. When the back lever is pushed, the hobo opens his mouth and raises the wine bottle to it, as shown in the last pic. The stopper is app. 5" tall. The cork is in good condition, suggesting that it might have been replaced at some point--though it looks in keeping with the piece. We do not recommend getting this piece wet.
