The Fab Foo notes any significant condition issues, and does not sell chipped, cracked or broken items. Like many predominantly vintage stores, The Fab Foo does not offer refunds for completed orders. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Our online and store inventory is the same and updates in real time. Please understand that if we have a customer with an item in hand at the store, we will not take it away from them to fulfill an online order. In the rare situation that an item sells at the store while also selling online, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a potential replacement or issue a full refund.
The Fab Foo ships orders within three business days or less. The Fab Foo does not offer expedited shipping as a standard practice. However, if you have a special need, please contact the store, and we will determine whether we can accommodate your request.
