Handmade, and here is the description from Meg Carter Designs:  "This little stunning African turbo shell is one of a kind.  I've offset it with champagne hued freshwater pearls instead of the usual taupe riverstone, hence the "blonde" moniker.   Double strand of mother of pearl nuggets are accented freshwater pearls. The sixteen inch necklace is finished with the signature 14k gold plate "MC" clasp, which adjusts to eighteen inches."
