(23592) Small Green Foo Dog on Yellow Base

This foo has a little itch!  He appears on a green Greek key base.  Age is not definitive but this one likely dates to the late 19th Century.  An adorable mini!  Approximately 4" tall,  3" wide, and 1.75"deep.
